Return & Abandonment Policy

Return Policy

Since each barn quilt is a unique work or art and often made for the customer in their requested pattern, size and colors, barn quilts are not returnable. However, if the barn quilt is damaged in shipping, I will file a claim with the shipper and replace the barn quilt for you. You will be required to provide photos of the damaged packaging and the barn quilt damage within 1 day of receipt, by emailing them to ohiobarnquilts@gmail.com. I only have a maximum of 3 days to file a claim, so prompt photos are required. You will also need to retain the damaged packaging and the damaged barn quilt for UPS inspection upon their request.

Abandonment Policy

If you are picking up a barn quilt at the studio it is expected that you are as excited to get it and enjoy it as I am to get it to you. Due to limited space in my studio, I cannot hold your barn quilt indefinitely.  Therefore, if 6 months have passed since you ordered the barn quilt and it has not been picked up, it will be considered abandoned and there will be no refund.
