Since each barn quilt is a unique work or art and often made for the customer in their requested size and colors, barn quilts are not returnable. However, if the barn quilt is damaged in shipping, I will file a claim with the shipper and replace the barn quilt for you. You will be required to provide photos of the damaged packaging and the barn quilt damage within 1 day of receipt, by emailing them to email@example.com. I only have a maximum of 3 days to file a claim, so prompt photos are required. You will also need to retain the damaged packaging and the damaged barn quilt for UPS inspection upon their request.
If you are picking up a barn quilt at the studio it is expected that you are as excited to get it and enjoy it as I am to get it to you. Due to limited space in my studio, I cannot hold your barn quilt indefinitely. Therefore, if 6 months have passed since you ordered the barn quilt and it has not been picked up, it will be considered abandoned and there will be no refund.
